Travel takes place in a climate-controlled environment with space to rest, stretch, and move comfortably, supporting relaxation and ease throughout the experience. Journeys are intentionally paced, with food and water offered as appropriate for each pet’s age, needs, and travel distance, allowing care to respond thoughtfully to the pet rather than a rigid schedule.

Every pet travels individually under the attentive presence of a dedicated Dream Tails Pet Concierge. Our trained team uses gentle, low-stress handling techniques and calm, reassuring care to support both physical safety and emotional security throughout transport.
Please note, because every pet is unique, not all pets are suited for every mode of travel. In some cases, an alternative to air travel may be recommended when it best supports a pet’s comfort and well-being. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, always guided by what is in the pet’s best interest, with our Pet Concierge team working closely with you to explore appropriate options whenever needed.
